Acai

Acai is a small purple-hued berry native to Central and South America. It contains a lot of antioxidants, like ferulic acid and epicatechin.

What are the benefits?

Acai has a higher antioxidant content than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, cherry, or blueberry, according to an in vitro study. It does not imply that Acai is the best antioxidant; it is just one of many to choose from. Antioxidants may protect your cells from free radicals, which contribute significantly to skin ageing. Free radicals are molecules that are formed when you are exposed to UV rays, tobacco smoke, and/or radiation.
